Dr. Cook has same day appointments and Saturday appointments. Dr. Cook is a Certified Medical Examiner for CDL/DOT physical exams.

We treat all members of the family, all ages of kids, moms-to-be included. Dr Cook is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association working with certified childbirth educators.
